1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the rajaph Platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional terms, rules, or policies that rajaph may publish on the Platform from time to time. These Terms apply to all users of the rajaph Platform, including registered account holders and guests accessing public pages.

rajaph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The use of the rajaph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for commercial casino gaming in the Philippines. By creating a rajaph account or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Misrepresenting your age to gain access to the Platform is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable Philippine law.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

rajaph operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. All players must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. KYC requires submission of:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, PRC license, or voter's ID);
• A clear photograph or scan of the front and back of the submitted ID;
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID; and
• Proof of residential address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate, not more than three months old).

rajaph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes. Accounts with incomplete or unverifiable KYC documentation may have deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay suspended pending resolution.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is operated for and directed to players in the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk and are in breach of these Terms. rajaph reserves the right to close any account determined to be operating from a restricted jurisdiction without notice and to void any associated winnings.

2.4 Single Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the rajaph Platform. Multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device identifier, payment method, IP address, or any other indicator — are strictly prohibited. rajaph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, retain bonus balances, and void winnings derived from duplicate accounts.

3 Account Registration

To access wagering services on the rajaph Platform, you must register a valid account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, Philippine mobile telephone number, valid email address, and date of birth. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. rajaph is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

rajaph reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion and without obligation to provide reasons. Account registration implies no guarantee of continued access to any particular game, service, or promotion.

4 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rajaph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. rajaph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number, available from your account security settings.

All activity conducted through your rajaph account — including all wagers placed and all deposits or withdrawals made — shall be deemed to have been conducted by you and shall be your sole responsibility, whether or not such activity was actually performed by you personally. You agree to notify rajaph immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

rajaph will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, or from your failure to notify rajaph promptly upon discovering unauthorized access. rajaph reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

rajaph accepts deposits from verified account holders via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and over-the-counter (OTC) payment partners. All deposits are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are published in the Platform's cashier section.

rajaph does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited into your rajaph account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and verified as part of the KYC process. Deposits suspected of originating from third-party sources may be frozen pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same verified payment method used for deposit, subject to KYC completion. rajaph reserves the right to process withdrawals to an alternative verified payment method at its discretion where the original method is unavailable. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: Typically 15–60 minutes for verified accounts in standard queue; priority processing for Platinum VIP tier and above.
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers: Within one (1) Philippine business day.
• OTC: Processing times may vary and are subject to partner schedule.

rajaph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal and may request supporting documentation. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of business hours may be processed on the next business day for bank transfer methods. Minimum withdrawal amounts are published in the cashier section of the Platform.

5.3 Inactive Account Fees

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. rajaph reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts, as published in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified by email to their registered address prior to any inactivity fee being applied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

rajaph offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and VIP loyalty program benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each individual promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts in accordance with the specific promotion terms and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless a specific promotion expressly states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before withdrawal of any bonus or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirement multiples are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• rajaph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if a player is found to have breached these Terms, exploited a technical error, engaged in bonus abuse, or used any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Only one (1) welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, or payment method.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any uncompleted wagering requirement at the time of expiry results in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any bonus-derived winnings. Expiry dates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.

6.2 VIP Loyalty Program

rajaph's six-tier VIP loyalty program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Imperial, Crown) awards benefits including cashback, enhanced withdrawal limits, dedicated account management, and exclusive table access. VIP tier assignment and associated benefits are at rajaph's discretion. rajaph reserves the right to modify, reduce, or discontinue VIP benefits with reasonable notice to affected members.

7 Gameplay Rules & Fairness

All games available on the rajaph Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for electronic games, and independently tested dealing procedures for live dealer games. Game outcomes are fair, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation by rajaph or any third party.

Game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and volatility information are published in each game's information panel. Players are advised to review this information before committing real PHP funds. Published RTP figures represent theoretical return over a statistically significant number of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error affecting the outcome of any game on the rajaph Platform, rajaph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances. Bets placed during a confirmed system malfunction shall be considered void regardless of any displayed result. rajaph's decision regarding the outcome of any technical dispute is final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rajaph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

1. Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age;
2. Registering more than one account per individual;
3. Using false, stolen, or fictitious identity or payment information;
4. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or other unlawful sources;
5. Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games;
6. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or account feature;
7. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities, whether or not disclosed to rajaph;
8. Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other approach intended to exploit promotional terms;
9. Engaging in any form of money laundering through the Platform;
10. Harassing, threatening, or abusing rajaph staff, customer support agents, or other players;
11. Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law; and
12. Any other conduct that rajaph reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its player community.

9 Responsible Gaming

rajaph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic on-screen reminders at set intervals during gaming sessions.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). Access is restored automatically upon expiry.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Gaming is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. rajaph strongly encourages players to set personal limits, play within their means, and seek assistance if they believe their gaming behaviour may be causing harm. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the rajaph Platform — including but not limited to the rajaph brand name, logo, design elements, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rajaph or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights to you. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of rajaph Platform content is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rajaph's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to their rajaph account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rajaph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

rajaph does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, and circumstances beyond rajaph's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. rajaph will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Gambling involves risk. The outcome of any game on the rajaph Platform is uncertain by nature. rajaph does not guarantee that any player will profit from their wagering activity. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited and wager at your own risk.

12 Termination & Suspension

You may close your rajaph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to identity verification and applicable withdrawal processing procedures.

rajaph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, with or without advance notice, where rajaph has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached;
• A player is engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to rajaph; or
• A player has requested self-exclusion or is identified on any applicable exclusion list.

In the event of account termination for breach of these Terms, rajaph reserves the right to void all pending or historical bonus balances and any winnings derived from gameplay in breach of these Terms. Real money deposits not tainted by breach may be returned at rajaph's discretion following completion of any applicable investigation.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the rajaph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or transaction on the Platform, the transaction logs and game records maintained by rajaph's servers shall constitute primary evidence of the relevant outcome. Players may submit formal complaints to rajaph's customer support team via live chat or the email address listed in Section 15. rajaph will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve them within fourteen (14) business days.

rajaph operates in compliance with PAGCOR's oversight framework for online gaming operators. Players who remain unsatisfied with rajaph's internal dispute resolution process may escalate complaints to the appropriate Philippine regulatory body.

14 Amendments to These Terms

rajaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of such changes, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory direction, or urgent operational necessity.

Your continued use of the rajaph Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.
