In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to adversely affect your rights and freedoms, rajaph will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by the DPA. No security system is infallible. rajaph strongly recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your rajaph account, enable two-factor authentication from your account security settings, and notify rajaph immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the following rights with respect to your personal data processed by rajaph. To exercise any of these rights, contact rajaph's data privacy team using the details in Section 15.
rajaph will respond to data rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days with written notice to you. rajaph will not discriminate against you for exercising your data privacy rights.
The rajaph Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for commercial gaming in the Philippines. rajaph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
If rajaph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the minimum age, that account will be immediately suspended, all associated personal data will be deleted as quickly as is consistent with applicable record-keeping obligations, and any deposits will be returned to the verified payment source. rajaph primarily processes personal data within the Republic of the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers or infrastructure providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure, KYC vendors, or game studio integration partners — rajaph will ensure that such transfers are made only to countries or organisations that provide an adequate level of data protection, or are governed by contractual arrangements providing equivalent protections to those required under Philippine law.

Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of marketing communications sent prior to withdrawal. Opting out of marketing will not affect your ability to use the rajaph Platform or receive service-related communications such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts — these are sent regardless of marketing consent as they are necessary for account security and service delivery.
rajaph's responsible gaming features — including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion — necessarily involve the processing of personal data about your gaming behaviour and account activity. Where you request self-exclusion, rajaph will retain a record of your self-exclusion request and the associated exclusion period for a minimum of five (5) years following the end of the exclusion period.
